摘　　要：通过对输血与1血库管理与监控方法的讨论,选择适合医院使用的模式。在使用以ORACLE大型数据库为存储,面向对象编程工具PowerBuider9.0、C#/为开发平台的输血与血库系统基础上,设计适合本医院使用工作模式,彻底实现网络化。使用输血与血库系统,将用血申请管理、血库管理、输血前标本流转、输血管理、血液追踪与监控、血袋管理、输血前评估、用血评价分别进行管理。通过输血与血席系统对输血的各个环节进行管理,把血库到临床的业务集成管理,规范用血流程,提高用血安全,增加工作效率,实现血液在医院各环节的监管。Through the discussion of management and monitoring methods of blood transfusion and blood bank, the model suitable for hospital use is chosen. On the basis of blood transfusion and blood bank system using large ORACLE database for storage, objectoriented programming tool of PowerBuider9.0 and C#/ as the development platform, the work mode suitable for the hospital use is designed and networking is thoroughly implemented. With blood transfusion and blood bank system, blood use application management, blood bank management, blood specimen transfer before blood transfusion, blood transfusion management, blood tracking and monitoring, blood bag management, evaluation before blood transfusion and blood use evaluation are respectively managed. Through blood transfusion and blood bank system management, each link of blood transfusion is managed, the business from blood bank to clinical application is integrated and managed, the blood use flow is standardized, blood safety is improved, the work efficiency is improved, and the supervision of blood m each link of hospital is realized.
