摘　　要：目的:探讨计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)骨盆肿瘤切除边界、重建骨盆和髋关节的围手术期护理。方法:总结2006年11月-2009年6月8例骨盆恶性肿瘤患者,按照CAD方案精确切除骨盆肿瘤组织,采用外形匹配的同种异体骼骨加内固定或同种异体髂骨加个性化假体修复肿瘤切除后骨缺损、重建骨盆结构,记录围手术期的护理方法和相关并发症。结果:8例患者均顺利完成手术,术后护理过程中发现1例出现切口内积血,l例出现脑脊液漏,分别予以清创术和切开修补硬脊膜治疗。结论:精心的围手术期护理能够为计算机辅助骨盆恶性肿瘤切除和重建术患者的康复创造有利条件,减少术后并发症的发生率,提高患者生存质量。Objective： To discuss about the perioperative nursing of pelvis tumor resection boundary, and reconstruction of pelvis and hip joint with computer-aided design （CAD）. Methods： 8 pelvic malignant tumor patients from November 2006 to June 2009 were summarized. According to the CAD plan, pelvic tumor tissue was precisely removed. Allogeneic ilium with matching shape and internal fixation or allogeneic ilium and personalized prosthesis was used to repair bone defect after tumor resection and reconstruct the pelvic structure, The perioperative nursing methods and related complications were recorded. Results： The 8 patients all successfully completed the surgery. In the process of postoperative care, 1 case of incision hemorrhage and 1 case of leakage of cerebrospinal fluid were found. Debridement and cutting and repairing of endorhachis were provided respectively. Conclusion： The careful perioperative nursing can create favorable conditions for the patient rehabilitation of computer-aided pelvic malignant tumor resection and revascularization, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.
