摘　　要：目的:探讨医院护理信息化建设在临床及护理管理工作中的应用,从而提高护理工作及管理效率,为患者提供有效、安全、优质的护理服务。方法:以医院数字化信息管理系统为依托,在全院使用护士工作站、PDA、移动护理考评体系等信启、化系统。结果:通过护理信息化建设及临床使用,优化了护理流程,提高了护理工作效率,实现了患者安全医疗,对临床护理管理工作起到了积极推动作用。结论:随着护理信息化建设不断实践和完善,必将成为是今后护理发展的趋势。Objective：To explore the application of nursing information construction in clinic and nursing management, so as to improve the efficiency of nursing work and management, provide patients with safe, effective, high quality nursing service. Methods： Based on the digital hospital information management system, using the nurse workstation, PDA, mobile nursing appraisal information system. Results： With the nursing information construction and It＇ s clinical use,the nursing process was optimized and the efficiency of nursing work was improved.The medical security was ensured, which has played a positive role in the management of clinical nursing work. Conclusion： with constantly practice and perfect in nursing informatization construction, it must be the future development trend_
