摘 要:目的分析评价贵州省麻疹监测系统2005-2012年运转情况。方法运用描述流行病学方法对贵州省2005-2012年麻疹监测数据进行分析。结果贵州省麻疹监测系统自2005年开始规范运转,2005-2009年监测系统疑似病例报告率明显高于法定传染病报告系统报告率(P=0.000),但监测敏感性较消除麻疹的要求仍显不足。麻疹实验室网络运转良好,血标本采集率从84.02%提高到99.88%,麻疹确诊病例中实验室确诊病例比例从52.88%提高到100%。各项监测工作完成时间缩短,24h内完成比例提高,监测系统及时性得到提高。结论贵州省已建立规范的以个案为基础的麻疹监测,且监测系统保持高质量运转,但监测系统敏感性需进一步提高,以达到消除麻疹的要求。Objective To analyze and evaluate the performance of measles surveillace system (MSS) during 2005-2012 in Guizhou Province. Methods Descriptive epidemilolgical method was used to analyze the data of measles surveillance. Result Since 2005, the MSS in Guizhou province began to run standardly. The reported incidence of MSS was higher than that of the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System (NNDRS) significantly (P=0.000), however, the sensitivity of MSS is slightly insufficient to reach the requirement of measles elimination.The Measles Laboratory Network running well. Proportion of serum specimence collection incre increased from 84.02% to 99.88%, the proportion of laborator confirmed cases in the total confirmed cases increased from 52.88% to 100%. The time for completing each surveillance work was be shorten, and the proportion of work completed within 24h had increased. Timeliness of MSS had been increased. Conclusion Case-based surveillance has been established Guizhou Province, and the MSS has been keeping work in highly quality, but the sensitivity of MSS need to improved further to support measles elimination.
