摘　　要：对松江大学城7所高校教工社团活动现状进行了调查、分析,认为社团活动发展势头不错,且各校教工社团活动各有特色,探讨了构建高校教工社团活动长效机制的对策。This paper makes the survey and analysis on the present situation of the activities of the teachers communities of seven universities in Songjiang University Town,holds that the development momentum of community activities is good and the activities of the teachers communities of these universities have the features of their own,and probes into some countermeasures for establishing the long-term mechanism construction of university＇ s teaches community.
