摘 要:本文首先介绍了运算放大器(包括比较器)在开关电源中的应用。其次介绍了运算放大器技术指标的仿真原理,并利用Saber软件对DC/DC电源中常用的运算放大器LM158进行技术指标仿真,主要仿真了LM158的增益、带宽、相位裕度、闭环频率特性、电容负载驱动能力、电源抑制比、共模抑制比、闭环输出阻抗、建立时间和摆率。最后总结了运算放大器在仿真和实际使用中需要注意的事项。The applications of operational amplifier (including comparators) in switching power supply are firstly described. Secondly ,the simulation principle of technical specifications of operational amplifier is introduced. And also Saber Software is used for simulating operational amplifier LM158 which commonly used in DC / DC converter. The simulation is focused on gain, bandwidth, phase margin, closed- loop frequency characteristics ,the capacitance load driving capability, power supply rejection ratio, common mode rejection ratio,closed - loop output impedance,setup time and slew rate of LM158. Finally the precautions of operational amplifier which used in simulation and actual applications are summarized.
