舒泰清联合金双歧治疗老年性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的老年慢性便秘是一种常见疾病,本文目的是研究使用舒泰清(聚乙二醇电解质散)联合金双歧治疗老年性便秘的疗效观察。方法选择我院消化科90例老年性便秘患者,随机分为2组,1组(观察组)应用聚乙二醇电解质散联合金双歧治疗,另1组(对照组)为口服便通胶囊,疗程为4周,观察治疗效果。结果聚乙二醇电解质散联合金双歧治疗老年性便秘4周后效果优于便通胶囊对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论聚乙二醇电解质散联合金双歧治疗老年性便秘效果更佳,且安全性高。Objective Elderly＇s chronic constipation is a common disease.The aim of this study was to assess and to compare the efficacy of Polyethylene Glycol Electroiytes Powder with Golden Bifid in the treatment of Elderly＇s chronic constipation patients. Methods A randomized control study was preformed to observe the outcomes of 90 patients with elderly＇s chronic constipation treated with Polyethylene Glycol Electroiytes Powder with Golden Bifid and Biantong capsule. Results The overall efficacy of Polyethylene Glycol Electroiytes Powder with Golden Bifid was 90.0%.The different between two groups was significant（P 0.05）.C o n c l u s i o n s Polyethylene Glycol Electroiytes Powder with Golden Bifid is effective in treating elderly＇s chronic constipation.
