清远市某再生铜企业职业卫生状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解清远市某再生铜企业存在的职业病危害因素及其危害状况。方法依据国家职业卫生标准和规范,2013年9月对某再生铜企业工作场所中粉尘、化学毒物、噪声、高温进行检测和对接触工人进行职业健康检查。结果主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、铜烟、铅烟、砷、硫酸、噪声、高温等;粉尘、铜烟、硫酸、砷存在超标点,其超标率分别为75.0%、20.0%、33.3%和14.3%;阳极炉岗位湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数超标;接触工人尿铅、尿砷偏高者分别占2.9%、13.9%,听力损失者占18.9%。结论该再生铜企业粉尘、噪声危害较重,铜烟、砷、硫酸、高温作业危害存在较大隐患。[ Objective] To explore the occupational hazards and its hazardous conditions in a recycled copper smelting factory in Qingyuan City. [ Methods ] According to the national occupational health criterions and hales, the concentration or intensity of the dust, noise, chemical poison and high temperature in workplace were detected, as well as the occupational health examination was performed in the exposure workers. [ Results ] The main occupational hazard factors in the workplace were dust, copper fume, lead fume, arsenic, sulfuric acid, noise and high temperature. The concentration or intensity of dust, copper fume, sulfuric acid and ar- senic exceeded the standards in some checking points, which the exceeding standard rate was 75.0%, 20.0%, 33.3% and 14. 3%, respectively. The level of wet bulb globe temperature （WBGT） in anode furnace post exceeded the standard. The expo- sure workers with higher levels of urine lead and urine arsenic accounted for 2.9% and 13.9% respectively, and 18.9% of the workers got the hearing injure. [ Conclusion] The hazard of dust and noise in this recycled copper smelting factory is serious, and there are considerable hidden troubles in operations with copper fume, arsenic, sulfuric acid and high temperature.
