中风急性期中西医结合专科护理配合针灸治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中风急性期中西医结合专科护理配合针灸治疗的疗效观察。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组在中风急性期应用中西结合专科护理的基础上配合针灸治疗,对照组应用一般常规护理加用针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果治疗组患者Brunnstrom偏瘫评定方法、Barthel指数评分均优于对照组,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论急性期应用中西医结合专科护理并加上针灸内关、人中、三阴交及十二井穴放血治疗,可以有效的提高护理有效率,改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the curative effect of nursing acute stage of stroke integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine with acupuncture therapy. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group used the special nursing combined with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with acupuncture treatment,while the control group used general nursing and acupuncture treatment. Compared the two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results In the treatment group,the scores of Brunnstrom hemiplegia evaluation method and Barthel index scores in patients were better than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P ＆lt; 0. 01）. Conclusions Using the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine plus acupuncturing Neiguan,philtrum,Sanyinjiao and twelve Jing acupoints bloodletting therapy,can improve the nursing efficiency,improve the prognosis and quality life of patients.
