中国竞技后备人才多元化培养模式与运行机制分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对当前及未来时期我国竞技后备人才培养模式与运行机制进行了系统分析,得出结论:我国"举国体制"保障了"业余体校—体育运动学校—专业队—国家队"的传统竞技人才培养模式,并取得了丰功伟绩;当今中国多元化社会环境下,一元化培养竞技后备人才举步维艰;适应我国多元化社会需求的竞技后备人才多元化培养模式及运行机制将是我国体育强国建设背景下竞技体育人才培养的必然选择.Using the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,Our country athletics reserve talents training mode and operation mechanism in current and future period were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn：China’s ＂national system＂ guarantees ＂traditional athletic talent cultivation mode amateur body school-the sports school the professional team-national team＂,and has made a valiant record;under the diversifiantion of social environment,the development of centralized competitive reserve talent is much difficult;to meet the diversified social needs of our country,athletics reserve talents training mode and operation mechanism of diversification has become an inevitable choice for sports trainingbackground in our country to construct sports power.
