摘  要:目的建立水中苯甲醚和8种苯系物的吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱测定方法。方法采用吹扫捕集富集水中苯甲醚和8种苯系物,解吸后自动导入气相色谱质谱仪中,经过毛细色谱柱分离,热电离(EI)方式离子化,质谱检测器检测测定,通过苯甲醚和8种苯系物的保留时间及质谱图与谱库中的质谱图作对照进行定性;选择特征离子,内标法进行定量分析。结果苯甲醚和8种苯系物的吹扫捕集/气相色谱质谱测定法在一定范围内有良好的线性关系;相关系数均≥0.999;相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.61%-4.44%之间,分别在水样中添加3个不同浓度的苯甲醚和8种苯系物标准溶液,样品加标回收率在95.0%-104.7%之间;结论吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法操作简单,毒性低,能够快速、灵敏、准确地测定水中苯甲醚和8种苯系物的含量。Objective To establish a method for quantitative detection of anisole and 8 benzene series in water by purge and trap method in combination with gas chromatography /mass spectrometry. Methods Anisole and 8 benzene series in water were extracted by purge and trap method,then automatically injected into the gas chromatography mass spectrometry after desorption,and separated by capillary chromatographic column,then ionized under thermal EI mode and detected by mass spectrometry detector. The qualitative analysis of target chemicals was done via the retention time and comparison of mass spectrum with spectrum library. Selective characteristic ions and the internal standard method were used for quantification. Results Anisole and 8benzene series showed good linearity in a certain concentration range by this established method. The correlation coefficients for all the target chemicals were greater than 0. 999,with RSDs of 0. 61% - 4. 44%. The average recoveries were 95. 0% -104. 7% at three different concentrations of anisole and 8 benzene series. Conclusion The method is simple,low- toxic,fast,sensitive,accurate and suitable for analysis of anisole and 8 benzene series in water.
