摘  要:从当前医疗服务存在的问题入手,阐述了践行"以病人为中心"服务理念的现实意义,并结合医院管理实践,以案例分享的形式,从理念创新、流程设计、诊疗技术、服务举措、人文关怀等五个方面,总结了医院践行"以病人为中心"服务理念的经验做法。最后,从以制度固化"以病人为中心"服务举措、以创新紧跟"以病人为中心"时代特点、以文化打造"以病人为中心"精神内核三个方面,探讨了建立"以病人为中心"长效机制的实现之策。Through the existing problems in current medical service, the practical significance of the patients-oriented medical service idea is explicated, and by reviewing some typical cases, the practice of the theory of patients-oriented medical service is summarized from five aspects, including concept innovation, process design, diagnostic and therapeutic technology, service measures and humanistic care. The strategies for the establishment of a long-term mechanism of patients-oriented medical service are explored by ensuring patients-oriented service with regulations, adapting to the new characteristics of the patients-oriented idea by innovation, and building the moral core of the idea by cultural construction.
