鼻窦真菌病的多层CT诊断价值

摘　　要：目的通过分析鼻窦真菌病的多层CT表现及临床特征,探讨多层CT对该病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析14例经手术及病理证实的鼻窦真菌病的CT表现。结果病变位于单侧上颌窦9例,双侧上颌窦2例,筛窦2例,蝶窦1例。14例窦腔内均可见密度不均匀性增高的软组织密度影,其中9例伴有斑点、斑片或条状钙化影,2例病灶内可见低密度的"空泡"征,2例完全钙化;11例窦壁骨质增厚硬化,1例筛板增厚,窦腔缩小,4例窦壁皮质白线不连续,骨质破坏吸收。结论鼻窦真菌病CT表现具有一定的特征性,多层CT在该病的诊断中具有很高的价值。Objective To assess the value of multi-slice CT in diagnosing paranasal sinuses mycoses through its clinical features and CT manifestations. Methods A retrospective analysis of CT findings in 14 cases of paranasal sinuses mycoses con- firmed by operation and pathology was done. Results Nine cases located in unilateral maxillary sinus, two in bilateral maxillary sinus, two in ethmoid sinus, and one in sphenoid sinus. CT manifestations of the 14 eases were unevenly increased soft tissue densi- ty in sinuses could be seen, of which, nine cases accompanied with dots, patches or strip calcifications, two with visible low density ＂bubble＂ sign, two of complete calcification, 11 cases of sinus wall bone thickening, one case of sieve plate thickening and decreased cavity, and four eases of sinus wall cortical white line discontinuity, and bone destruction and absorption. Conclusion The CT manifestations of paranasal sinus mycoses have unvarying characteristics, multi-slice CT has very high value in the diagnosis of this disease.
