摘　　要：TJK2型驼峰车辆减速器在使用初期,表示轴频繁出现折断故障。通过对故障原因的认真分析,指出了问题所在,并提出针对性的解决方案,应用于实际,彻底消除了故障隐患,取得了良好的效果,保证了驼峰溜放作业的安全。The indicating shaft in the TJK2 hump reducer was frequently broken at the preliminary stage of its installation. We analyze the reasons of the fault thoroughly, pinpoint the problems and proposes a solution to address those problem completely. Good effects of practical application has been achieved, guaranteeing the safety of humping operations.
