双离合变速器比例阀耐久测试台控制系统的设计

摘　　要：介绍了双离合变速器比例阀耐久测试台控制系统的设计,首先描述了系统方案设计,包括油箱系统、压力油路和温度油路。然后,阐述了上位机加下位机组成的控制系统。系统上位机采用西门子工控机、NI数据采集卡加LabVIEW软件的模式,下位机使用S7-300 PLC进行控制,上下位机之间采用OPC技术进行通信。该耐久测试系统具有自动化程度高、操作简单、安全可靠以及节能的优点。This paper describes the control system of Endurance Test Bench for Dual Clutch Transmission Proportional Valve.First of al ,the system scheme,including the fuel tank system,the pressure subsystem and the temperature subsystem,are de-scribed.Then the control system is introduced.Host computer consists of Siemens lPC,Nl DAQ cards and LabVlEW software. S7-300 PLC is selected as slave computer.Communication between host and slave computer adopts OPC technology.
