摘  要:环氧喷涂钢绞线具有许多的优点,被广泛应用于实际工程中。为了进一步研究无粘结预应力筋的性能,分析比较表面油脂对环氧喷涂钢绞线与水泥砂浆握裹力的影响,本文对5种不同情况下的环氧喷涂钢绞线的张拉强度进行了对比试验。根据研究表明:环氧喷涂钢绞线表面油脂对其水泥砂浆握裹力有一定影响,表面油脂较多的钢绞线握裹力较差,而表面油脂清洗干净的钢绞线握裹力较好,且能提高约10%的标准破断力。因此,在无粘结预应力筋张拉的实际过程中,应该将环氧钢绞线表面油脂清洗干净,以免影响无粘结预应力的张拉性能。Because of its advantages, epoxy coating steel strand is widely used in practical engineering. To further study the properties of un-bonded tendons, analysis and comparison of greases on the surface of the epoxy coating strands with cement mortar bond strength of influence, contrast test of epoxy coating steel strand tensile strength have been done in this article with 5 kinds of different situations. According to the study, grease which is on the surface of epoxy coating steel strand have some influence to the grip between concrete and epoxy coating steel strand. The more grease on the surface of epoxy coating steel strand, the grip of cement mortar is poorer. However, if the grease on the surface of the steel strand was cleaned, the grip of cement mortar would be better and could increase the standard of breaking force about 10% .Therefore, In order to avoid the influence on the performance of the un-bonded prestressed tensioning, grease on the surface of epoxy coating steel strand should be cleaned when used in practical engineering.
