摘　　要：运用专家访谈、录像分析法和问卷调查等研究方法对我国艺术体操国家队运动员在参加各比赛前的技术训练现状及技术训练特征进行全面研究,同时针对各部分技术特征要求建立了科学的技术训练体系。研究表明:艺术体操运动员的技术训练包括身体技术、器械技术和成套动作技术训练3个部分;我国艺术体操运动员的身体技术比器械技术要好,但也缺乏高规格、高分值和多样化的身体技术。By documentary consultation, video analysis, questionnaires, and statistic analysis, this article researches the current situation and the characteristics of technical training of rhythmic gymnast before the participation of competition. Scientific training system is then proposed according to requirement of technical characteristics of each training part. It is found that the technical training served for rhythmic gymnastics include three parts. They are body technique, apparatus technique and exercise technique, among which body technique of a gymnast is superior over that of apparatus technique. Still, there is evident lack of high - profile, high scores and a variety in body technique.
