摘 要:为了提高插装阀块的设计效率和工艺合理性,提出采用参数化设计方法获得表面液压元件布局和启发式布孔算法优化内部孔道连通顺序。通过建立二通插装阀孔及常用液压元件安装面的设计特征库,结合工程经验实现插装阀块的参数化表面元件布局。基于工程规则提出了内部孔道连通设计及其布孔顺序优化的启发式布孔算法,实现了插装阀块内部孔道的高效连通、顺序优化和设计校核。工程实例表明,孔道路径总长减少68.1%,工艺孔数量减少37.5%。In order to improve the efficiency and rationality of cartridge manifold block design,a parametric design approach is proposed for layouts of external hydraulic components and a heuristic algorithm for hole arrangements is put forward to optimize connection sequences of internal holes. By creating a feature library of two-way cartridge valves and mounting surfaces of common hydraulic components,the parametric layouts of external components are carried out according to engineering experiences. The heuristic algorithm for hole arrangements based on engineering rules is proposed for the connection design and hole arrangement sequence optimization of internal holes. The efficient connection,sequence optimization and design checking of internal hole connections of cartridge manifold blocks are realized. The engineering case shows that the total length of connection paths is reduced by 68. 1% and the number of auxiliary holes is reduced by 37. 5% .
