摘  要:随着特高压输电网建设规模的日益扩大,合理规划输电网中交直流输电方式成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。以基于输电能力的特高压交流和直流输电适用范围作为研究对象,考虑交直流输电特性,建立了反映功率传输特性、安全稳定性、经济性等因素的交直流输电方式的评价指标,采用基于最优组合权重方法,对"点对网"情景下1 000 kV特高压交流和±800 kV特高压直流输电模型进行评估,得到了这2种输电方式适用范围。本文提出的方法和模型为未来特高压电网规划,特别是为各大能源基地外送输电方式的选择提供参考依据。The decision of UHV AC or UHV DC transmission mode in bulk power system planning is a problem with the fast development of UHV transmission network. This paper focused on the application scope of UHV AC and UHV DC transmission distance based on the transmission capability. The evaluation indices were proposed for the AC and DC transmission mode, with considering AC and DC transmission characteristics, power transmission characteristics, security and stability, economic efficiency, etc. The models of 1 000 kV UHV AC and + 800 kV UHV DC transmission were estimated under ' point to network' , by using optimal combination weigh method, and the application scopes of these two transmission modes were obtained. The proposed method and model can provide reference for UHV transmission network planning in the future, especially for the selection of power delivery mode for each large energy base.
