摘  要:为了解决输配电线路中钢和铝合金金具高能耗的问题,降低线路损耗,对数十种工程塑料进行了遴选和研究,确定以PA66尼龙作为复合材料的基材。在基材中加入玻璃纤维、增韧剂、耐臭氧和耐腐蚀等改性材料,并通过反复试验测试和配方优化,成功研制出一种改性复合材料,其抗拉强度为210 MPa,延伸率为4.5%。材料具有密度小、绝缘性好、耐辐射、节能环保、耐疲劳等优点。进行了基于改性复合材料的间隔棒和悬垂线夹设计、试制与试验研究,结果表明其性能满足国家标准和电力行业标准要求。基于复合材料的悬垂线夹已应用于35 kV和220 kV架空输电线路中,运行状况良好。In order to solve the high energy consumption problem of fittings with steel or aluminum alloy and reduce the line loss, dozens kinds of engineering plastics were studied and the PA66 nylon composite had been determined as the basic material. Then, some modified composites like glass fiber, flexibilizer, ozone resistance and corrosion resistance were mixed in the basic material. After repeated counts of tests and formulation optimization, a new kind of composite material was successfully developed, with the tensile strength of 210 MPa and the elongation of 4. 5%, which had some good performances just as small specific gravity, good insulation, resistance to radiation, energy conservation, environmental protection, antifatigue, etc. The spacer and suspended clamp based on this modified composites were designed, trial- produced and tested, whose results showed that they could meet the requirement of national standard and electric power industry standard. The suspension clamps with the modified composites have been well applied in 35 kV and 220 kV overhead transmission lines.
