摘 要:目的考察金樱子不同药用部位中化学成分含量差异,为其合理用药提供依据。方法以总黄酮、总皂苷、总多糖含量为评价指标,紫外分光光度法为测定方法,分析金樱子不同药用部位种子、果肉、果实化学成分差异。结果实验数据表明,金樱子不同药用部位中总黄酮、总多糖和总皂苷的含量差距较大。全果中三者的含量分别为1.463±0.005%、15.220±0.398%、2.545±0.068%;种子中分别为0.781±0.007%、3.552±0.871%、1.308±0.005%;果肉中分别为2.052±0.284%、31.751±35.991%、3.562±0.154%。结论通过对金樱子不同药用部位中总黄酮、总多糖和总皂苷的含量的分析,认为金樱子以全果实入药较为合理。Objective to study the chemical components of different content in different medicinal parts of fructus rosa laevigata, and provide basis for rational use of drugs. Methods Use the total flavonoids, total saponins, total polysaccharide contents as evaluation index, ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination method, analysis of fructus rosa laevigata different medicinal parts of seed, fruit pulp, the difference of chemical composition. Results The experimental data show that the content of total flavonoids, gap, different medicinal parts of fructus rosa laevigata total polysaccharide and total saponin of larger. Content of three whole fruit were 1. 463 ± 0. 005 %, 15. 220 ± 0.398 % ,2. 545 ± 0.068 % ; seeds were 0.781 ± 0.007 %, 3. 552 ± 0.871%, 1. 308 ± 0.005 % ; fruit were 2. 052 ± 0.284 %, 31.751 ± 35.991%, 3. 562 ± 0.154 %. Conclusion the content of total flavonoids in Rosa laevigata, different medicinal parts of total polysaccharide and total saponin, think Rosa at full fruit pulp is used as medicine more reasonable.
