积碳条件对催化剂选择性加氢脱硫性能的影响

摘  要:以体积分数为4%NaE己烯和96%正辛烷溶液为原料对硫化态Co-Mo—P-CA/nano-TiO2-Al2O3进行预积碳反应,重点考察了积碳温度、积碳压力、氢油比、积碳时间等积碳条件对催化剂选择性加氢脱硫活性的影响,并对积碳催化剂进行了TG表征.结果表明,积碳压力对催化剂积碳量和选择性脱硫性能影响较小,积碳温度、积碳时间和积碳氢油比对积碳量及选择性脱硫性能影响较大;适宜的预积碳条件为积碳温度250℃、积碳时间24h和积碳氢油比100~160.与未积碳催化剂相比,在相同产品油脱硫率下,对应于积碳催化剂的烯烃饱和度低5%~10%.Pre-carbon deposition on the sulfided Co-Mo-P-CA/nano-TiO2-Al2O3 catalysts was conducted, using the sol- ution of volume fraction 4% hexene and 96% volume fraction octane as feed. The influences of the temperature, pressure, hydrogen oil ratio, time ofpre-carbon deposition on the hydrodesufurization performance of the catalysts were investigated in detail, and the carbon-deposition catalyst was characterized by means of TG. The results show that the pressure has little impact on the amount of carbon deposition and the selective hydrodesulfurization performance of catalyst, but the temperature, time and H/Oil ratio have great influence, and the suitable conditions ofpre-carbon deposition are determined as follows, temperature 250 ℃, carbon deposition time 24 h and H/Oil ratio 100 - 160. Compared with the catalyst without modification by pre-carbon deposition, the olefin saturation of FCC gasoline over the catalyst modified by precarbon deposition is 5% ~ 10% lower at the same desutphurization rate.
