摘　　要：The Third Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee once again identified the development of a'mixed-ownership economy'as an important priority in deepening the reform of state owned enterprises(SOEs),which will serve at least four objectives.First,it will advance SOE reform by injecting private capital.Second,it will maintain the dominance of the state sector while opening up more sectors to private capital.Third,it will further optimize the ownership structure of China's economyThe Third Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee once again identified the development of a ＂mixed-ownership economy＂ as an important priority in deepening the reform of state owned enterprises （SOEs）, which will serve at least four objectives.
