Effect of Feeding Benthic Diatom to the Juvenile Sea Cucumber on Their Specific Dynamic Action

摘  要:本实验研究投喂底栖硅藻(琴氏菱形藻微小变种Nitzschia panduriformis var.minor Grunow、菱形藻Nitzchia sp.、筒柱藻Cylindrotheca fusiformis)和商业饲料对刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)幼参特殊动力作用的影响。结果表明:刺参摄食底栖硅藻和商业饲料后特殊动力作用存在显著差异。琴氏菱形藻微小变种、菱形藻、筒柱藻和商业饲料组之间:SDA时间依次为:(22.0±1.0)、(22.0±0.5)、(20.0±1.5)和(22.0±1.0)h,没有显著性差异;摄食代谢峰值依次为:(27.0±1.2)、(30.0±1.7)、(29.0±2.1)和(32.0±1.2)mg O2·kg-1·h-1,琴氏菱形藻微小变种组显著低于另外3组(P<0.05);摄食水平依次为:(3.38±0.12)%、(3.75±0.25)%、(2.16±0.11)%和(6.37±0.19)%;摄食代谢比率依次为:1.93±0.10、2.14±0.19、2.07±0.19和2.29±0.20,4组之间差异不显著;SDA总耗能依次为:1.43±0.15、2.19±0.19、1.94±0.21和2.35±0.22。琴氏菱形藻微小变种组刺参SDA总耗能最低,SDA系数依次为:0.03±0.01、0.04±0.01、0.06±0.01和0.05±0.01,琴氏菱形藻微小变种组显著小于筒柱藻组(P<0.05)。Specific Dynamic Action (SDA) of juvenile Apostichopus japonicus was measured when they were fed different benthic diatom, for example, Nitzschia panduriformis var. minor Grunow, Nitzchia sp.. Cylindrotheca fusiformis, and a commercial feed. The results showed that SDA was significantly different among feeding groups (P〈0.05). The SDA duration was found when the sea cucumber was fed the commercial feed, Nitzchia sp. , Cyiindrotheca fusiformis and N. panduriformis var. minor, respectively. The corresponding value was (22.0±1.0), (22.0±0. 5), (20.0±1. 5) and (22.0±1. 0) h, respectively. There was no significant difference among groups (P〈0.05). The peak Vo2 of A. japonicus fed with N. panduriformis var. minor, Nitzchia sp. , C. fusiformis and a com mercial feed was (27. 0±1. 2), (30. 0±1.7), (29.0±2. 1) and (32.0±1.2) mg O2 · kg^- 1 · h^-1, re spectively while that of sea cucumber fed with N. panduriformis var. minor was significantly lower than that of others (P〈0. 05). The meal size of A. japonicus fed with N. panduriformis var. minor, Nitzchia sp. C. fusiformis and a commercial feed was (3. 38±0. 12)%, (3.75±0. 25)%, (2. 16± 0.11) % and (6.37±0. 19)%, respectively. The metabolic rate of A. japonicus fed with N. panduriformis vat. minor, Nitzchia sp. C. fusiformis and a commercial feed was (1.93±0. 10), (2.14± 0. 19), (2. 07 ± 0. 19) and (2.29 ± 0. 20), respectively. There was no significant difference among groups. The energy expended on SDA of A. japonicus fed with N. panduriformis var. minor, Nitzchia sp. , C. fusiformis and a commercial feed was 1.43±0. 15, 2.19±0. 19, 1.94±0. 21 and 2. 35±0. 22, respectively. SDA coefficient of N. panduriformis var. minor, Nitzchia sp. C. fusiformis and a commercial feed was 0. 03±0.01, 0.04±0.01, 0. 06±0.01 and 0.05±0.01, respectively; while that of A. japonicus fed with N. panduriformis var. minor was significantly lower than that of sea cucumber fed C. fusi
