摘  要:提出一种新颖的交错并联型三电平双降压式全桥光伏并网逆变器。保留了三电平双降压式全桥逆变器转换效率高、开关损耗低等优点,交错并联技术的引入,不仅使得逆变器输出电流纹波在不提高功率管开关频率的情况下进一步减小且频率增加一倍,从而减小了并网电流的总谐波失真,而且提高了系统的功率密度,降低了功率器件的电应力和热应力。提出交错并联的两路逆变共用两个工频开关管,弱化了控制的复杂性,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,且使得系统更易扩展。详细分析逆变器的工作原理,设计试制一台2 kW原理样机,实验结果验证了原理的正确性及系统的性能优势。A novel interleaved dual buck full bridge three-level photovoltaic grid inverter was proposed in this paper. It retained the characteristics of high conversion efficiency and low switching losses in dual buck full bridge three-level inverter. And with the introduction of interleaving parallel technology, the power density of the system was improved while the electric stress and thermal stress of power devices were reduced, and the output current ripple of the inverter was also lowered significantly and its frequency was doubled without increasing the switching frequency of the power switches, which made the total harmonic distortion of the grid-connected current lower. The interleaved inverting circuits sharing two power frequency switches was proposed, which not only reduced the complexity of control and improved the stability and reliability of the system, but also made the system easier to extend. The working principle of this system was then introduced in detail and a 2 kW experimental prototype has been produced. The test results verify the proposed ideas and the excellent performance of IDBFBTLPGI.
