摘　　要：我国相关法律已明确规定,环境影响报告书项目在环境影响评价过程中需征询公众意见。核电项目环境影响评价公众参与工作是一个全过程的工作,从节约社会资源及获取相关公众真实的意见建议的角度考虑,合理选择被征询意见的公众十分必要。本文介绍不同的公众参与方式下公众对象的选择。In the provision of state law, the project which needs to compile environment impact report has to query the public opinion during the environment impact assessment. The public participation in an environment impact assessment of the nuclear power plant is a task throughout the entire process. Under the consideration of saving social resources and obtaining the real opinions and suggestions from public, it is necessary to select the queried people reasonably. This paper introduces the selection of targeted people in different types of public participations.
