摘 要:目的:建立黄毛耳草的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:以Hypersil BDS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%醋酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长345 nm,柱温35℃,以乌索酸为参照物得到含有9个峰的共有模式,以共有模式对不同产地黄毛耳草指纹图谱进行相似度分析。结果:从谱图相似度看出,不同产地黄毛耳草指纹图谱基本一致,但也存在地域性差异。结论:HPLC指纹图谱可用于黄毛耳草的鉴别和质量控制。Objective : To establish HPLC fingerprint of Hedyotis chrysotricha. Methods : Hypersil BDS Ct8 ( 250 mm ~×4.6 mm,5μm) column was used with methanol and O. 1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase in gradient mode, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/ min. The detection wavelength was 345 nm and the temperature of the column was set at 30 ℃. Using ursolic acid as the reference standard,the mutual mode of Hedyotis chrysotricha containing nine common peaks was set up. The similarity of Hedyotis chrysotricha from different habitats was analyzed. Results:The fingerprints of Hedyotis chrysotricha from different habitats were similar,but also had habitat characteristics, Conclusion : The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification and quality control of Hedyotis chrysotricha.
