尖叶假龙胆中木脂素类成分的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的：研究尖叶假龙胆的木脂素类成分。方法：利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等色谱技术对尖叶假龙胆乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：共分离鉴定了9个木脂素类化合物,分别为：脱氢二松柏醇-4,9＇-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷（1）、alaschanisoside A（2）、橙皮素A（3）、橄榄树脂素-4＇-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷（4）、leptolepisol D（5）、无梗五加苷D（6）、（＋）松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷（7）、（＋）8-羟基-松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷（8）、（＋）松脂素-8-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷（9）。结论：化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、9为首次从假龙胆属中分离得到,化合物2、3、5~8为首次从龙胆科植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the lignans from the whole plant of Gentianella acuta. Methods：The compounds were isolated by va- rious chromatographic techniques and indentified by spectroscopic methods. Results：Nine compounds were isolated and identified as （ 7R, 8 S） -dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4,9 ＇-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ 1 ）, alaschanisoside A （ 2 ）, citrusin A （ 3 ）, olivil4 ＇-O-β-D-glucopyr- anoside （ 4 ）, leptolepisol D （ 5 ）, acanthoside D （ 6 ）, （ ＋ ） pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ 7 ）, （ ＋ ） 8-hydroxypinoresinol4-O-β-D- glucopyranoside （ 8 ）, and （ ＋ ） pinoresinol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ 9 ）. Conclusion ： Compounds 1 - 9 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compounds 1 and 9 are isolated from C, entianella genus for the first time, and compounds 2,3 and 5 - 8 are isolated from Gentianaceae family for the first time.
