摘 要:目的:提高叶绿素铜钠的质量标准。方法:用AAS法测定铅、砷、钠含量;用氮测定法测定氮含量;总铜含量采用微波消解法破坏,以AAS法测定;铁检查采用AAS法比较供试品溶液与对照品溶液吸光度。结果:铅在0~100 ng · mL^-1,砷在0~16 ng · mL^-1,铜在0~2μg · mL^-1,钠在0~0.25μg · mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为95.2%( RSD=2.6%),88.3%( RSD=4.2%),100.8%( RSD =1.6%),101.4%( RSD=1.7%)。结论:方法的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,所建方法简便易行,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于叶绿素铜钠的质量控制。Objective:To improve the quality standards of chlorophyllin copper sodium.Methods:Lead, arsenic and sodium were de-tected by AAS, nitrogen by nitrogen determination and total copper by AAS after microwave digestion destroyed ;Iron was measured by comparing the AAS absorbance of test solution and reference solution.Results: Lead, arsenic, copper and sodium showed excellent linearity within the range of 0-100 ng· mL^-1 , 0-16 ng· mL^-1 ,0-2 μg· mL^-1 and 0-0.25 μg· mL^-1 respectively.The average recoveries were 95.0%( RSD=2.4%) , 89.1%( RSD=3.5%) , 100.7%( RSD=1.1%) and 101.0%( RSD=1.7%) respectively.Conclusion:The methods are accurate , stable with good reproducibility , simple, sensitive and can be used for the quality control of chlorophyllin copper sodium.
