摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗抽动-秽语综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例患儿按就诊顺序分为两组,对照组30例,给予口服泰必利治疗。治疗组采用针刺治疗。结果治疗组总有效率80.00%,对照组总有效率60.00%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗抽动-秽语综合征效果明显,有临床推广价值。Objective to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture for treatment of Tourette＇s syndrome.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in the control group, treated with oral administrationof tiapride treatment. The treatment group treated by acupuncture. Results the total effective rate was 80% in treatmentgroup, the control group total effectiveness 60 %, compare the efficacy of two groups, the difference was statistically sig-nificant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion acupuncture treatment of TiC - Tourctte syndrome have obvious effect, clinical val-ue.
