平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛75例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛的临床疗效。方法将150例腰椎间盘突出症腰痛病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例,治疗组采用平衡针治疗,对照组采用西药静脉输液治疗。结果治愈率治疗组为30.67%(23/75),对照组为12.00%(9/75),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);总有效率治疗组为97.33%,对照组为77.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰痛疗效快、显著。Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of balance acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniationcaused by back pain. Methods 150 cases of lumbar disc herniation caused by back pain patients were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group with 75 cases in each group, treatment group were treated with balance acupuncturetreatment, the control group treated with western medicine intravenous infusion therapy. Results the cure rate of treatmentgroup was 30.67% （23/75）, the control group was 12 % （9/75）, the two groups, the difference was statistically signifi-cant （ P 〈0.01 ）; the total effective rate of treatment group was 97.33 %, 77.33 % in the control group, the twogroups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion Balance Acupuncture in the treatment oflumbar disc herniation lumbago caused by fast curative effect, significant.
