摘　　要：比较了《中国人民解放军院校图书馆工作条例》和《普通高等学校图书馆规程》关于图书馆职能的规定,探讨了军队院校图书馆服务基层部队的必要性与实施,指出了军队院校图书馆服务基层部队需注意的几个问题。After the stipulations of library function in Regulations of Chinese PLA Academic Library Service and Rules of GeneralAcademic Library were compared,the necessity of serving grass-root troops in military academic library and its implementation were elaborated with the problems needing to be focused pointed out.
