摘  要:目的:探讨品管圈在老年口腔门诊治疗中降低呛咳发生率的应用效果。方法:建立由7名志愿者组成的品管圈活动小组,探询老年患者在门诊口腔治疗中诱发呛咳的主要因素,拟定护理对策并实施,对结果研究进行效果评价。结果:进行品管圈活动后老年患者口腔治疗中呛咳发生率由每旬2.4件降至1.12件,目标达标率为109.3%;进步率为58.33%。结论:通过品管圈能降低老年患者口腔治疗的风险,提高老年患者口腔治疗中发生呛咳的安全度。Objective:To investigate the use of QCC in decreasing the number of bucking events during dental treatments of elderly outpatients. Method: Seven individuals volunteered to make up a QCC, analyzed the main factors inducing bucking during dental treatments in elderly outpatients, worked out corresponding nursing strategies and brought to implementation, and then evaluated its effect. Results:The number of bucking events during dental treatments of elderly out-patients decreased from 2.4 to 1.12 per 10 days, with target success rate and improvement rate being 109.3% and 58.33%, respectively. Conclusion:QCC can decrease the incidence of bucking events during dental treatments of elderly outpatients.
