摘  要:观察右美托咪定(Dex)联合瑞芬太尼在胸科手术麻醉过程中的应用。选取择期全麻下行开胸手术患者78例,按随机分为两组(每组39例):试验组采用Dex、瑞芬太尼和七氟烷静吸复合麻醉(Ⅰ组),对照组采用瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚和七氟烷静吸复合麻醉(Ⅱ组)。试验组患者苏醒期躁动明显少于对照组(P<0.05),两组苏醒时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。因此,Dex联合瑞芬太尼在胸科手术麻醉中能够安全有效地抑制双腔气管插管反应,保持血流动力学的稳定,同时明显减少患者在苏醒期躁动。To observe the effects of Dexmedetomidine (Dex) combined with remifentanil in anesthesia for thoracic operation. 78 patients of elective thoracic operation in general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups by random (each group of 39 cases) : the experimental group with Dex, Remifentanil and seven halothane anesthesia (Group I ), the control group using Remifentanil, Propofol and seven halothane anesthesia (Group II ). The rate of emergence agitation in the experiment group significantly was less than that of the control group (P〈0.05), there was no significant difference in the recovery time between the two groups (P〉0. 05). Dex combined with Remifentanil during anesthesia in thoracic operation can effectively inhibit the double lumen endotracheal intubation reaction, maintain hemodynamic stability, meanwhile, significantly reduce the rate of agitation during the recovery period.
