抗焦虑药物治疗对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者金属裸支架植入术的预后影响

摘　　要：为了观察抗焦虑药对金属裸支架植入心肌梗死患者的保护作用,将金属裸支架治疗的ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者分焦虑干预、焦虑非干预、非焦虑组。术后2周,Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分在焦虑与非焦虑组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),焦虑干预与焦虑非干预组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1年和1.5年,焦虑干预与焦虑非干预组间SAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后1年和1.5年时,焦虑干预组的死亡人数显著低于焦虑非干预组(P<0.05)。改善焦虑情绪提高了金属裸支架植入患者预后,降低了病死率。This article is to observe the protective effects on the bare metal, stent implantation in patients wtth myocardtat infarction by anti-anxiety drugs. Patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction bare metal steat were divided into 3 groups, namely non-anxiety group, anxiety intervention group and anxiety-nonintervention group. Anxiety observation： 2 weeks after operation, the difference of SAS score of anxiety and non-anxiety group is significant （P〈 0. 001）, but not significant between the anxiety intervention and the anxiety non-intervention group （P〉0.05） ; After 1 year and 1. 5 years postoperative, there were significant difference on SAS score was observed between the anxiety intervention and the anxiety of non-intervention group, （P〈0. 001）; Mortality observation： 1 year and l. 5 years after operation, compared with the non-intervention anxiety group, anxiety group died patients number significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Prognosis of patients with ST segment elevation bare metal, steat was remarkably improved by the anxiety intervention, and mortality significantly was decreased.
