摘　　要：文章以创建于20世纪50年代院系调整时期的北京钢铁学院为例,廓清了学校大学文化形成的"遗传因素",阐述了北洋大学、唐山交通大学、清华大学等基因母体对学校早期文化形成的影响路径和机理,指出了院系调整过程中的文化融合与碰撞,为理解这一时期新建院校大学文化的形成提供了参考样本。With Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology, founded in the adjustment period of 1950s, as an Example, this paper clarifies the＂ genetic factors ＂of the university cultural formation, expounds the path and mechanism of gene matrix effect of Beiyang University, Tangshan Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University, etc. in early cultural formation of the university, points out the cultural fusion and the collision in the adjustment of universities in this period, and provides a reference sample to understand the cultural formation of new universities.
