摘　　要：目的探讨医源性胆管损伤的原因及合理的处理措施。方法分析本院收治的28例医源性胆管损伤患者(本院20例,外院转入8例)的发病原因和处理方法。结果 28例患者除1例失访外,其他患者均愈合良好,最短14个月未出现胆管炎及吻合口狭窄梗阻性黄疸情况。结论医源性胆管损伤发生后应进行及时诊断和正确治疗以取得良好的预后。Objective To discuss the cause and right treatment when IBDI had happened. Method We analysed 28 cases of IBDI （20 cases in our hospital and 8 cases outside） in 6 years. Result 28 cases had heal up or loss one. All had no cholangitis and bile duct stricture and cause to jaundice least fourteen months. Conclusion IBDI is a timeless theme. a severe prevent measure more good after treatment of IBDI, and timely diagnose and right treatment in IBDI is a pledge of satisfaction ending.
