摘 要:以己内酰胺单体和聚乙二醇(PEG)作为主要原料,采用阴离子聚合法,合成出了系列聚酰胺6(PA6)/PEG共聚物,并对其合成的工艺条件进行了重点研究。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、TG等测试对产物结构、热性能及结晶性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,PEG和PA6发生了反应,形成了一种软、硬段以酯基相连的嵌段共聚物;真空除水时间60 min,共聚反应温度为160℃时最佳。In this paper,a series of PA6/PEG copolymer was synthesized through anionic polymerization by using caprolactam and polyethylene glycol as the main raw materials.And the synthesis conditions were researched.The structures,thermal and crystalline properties of the products were studied with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetric,TG and other test.The results showed that the reaction between PEG and PA6 occurred and formed a block copolymer whose soft and hard segments were linked by ester.The best vacuum dewatering time was 60 min and copolymerization reaction temperature was 160 ℃.
