摘 要:利用硫磺对聚丙烯(PP)纤维料进行共混改性,通过SEM和碘量法探讨了硫磺迁移率的影响因素,并研究了共混纤维料的加工性能和结晶性能。实验结果表明,硫磺含量越低,粒径越小,共混纤维料放置时间越长,硫磺迁移率越大;共混纤维料的复数黏度变大,流动性变好,结晶更容易,晶粒尺寸变小,易于加工纺丝。PP fiber material was modified by sulfur through the physical blending method,the processing and crystallization properties of blend fiber material were studied and the influence factors of sulfur transfer rate was discussed through SEM and iodometric methods.The experimental results showed that the particle size of sulfur was proportional to the precipitation rate of sulfur as well as the sulfur content and the time of placement; the blend fiber material had larger complex viscosity,superior flowability,faster crystallization and smaller grain size,so it was easy to be processed and spun.
