摘  要:选择聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)作为硬链段,聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)作为软链段,通过直接酯化熔融缩聚合成系列不同PTMG含量的新型热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)。通过正交偏光显微镜和示差扫描量热仪分别表征了TPEE样品的等温结晶形貌以及其结晶熔融行为、非等温结晶行为。研究结果表明,所合成的TPEE样品球晶的十字消光现象随着PTMG含量的增加逐渐变得模糊,球晶尺寸逐渐变小,最后呈现大量的、小尺寸的亮点。随着PTMG含量的增加,TPEE的熔点逐渐降低,熔限逐渐变宽,TPEE的非等温结晶峰温(Tp)移向低温方向,结晶放热峰逐渐变宽,且半结晶周期(t1/2)变长。由此可得出结论,TPEE中PTMG的引入影响了PTT的结晶,使TPEE的晶粒尺寸变小,结晶变得不完善,这将有利于其弹性的发挥,同时由于其又可热塑性加工,这种TPEE将有好的应用前景。Poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT) was selected as hard segment,and polytetrahydrofuran was chosen as soft segment,thus,a series of new type of thermoplastic copolyester elastomers (TPEE) containing different contents of polytetrahydrofuran (PTMG) were synthesized through the direct esterification melt polycondensation method.The isothermal crystallization morphology,the crystallization melting behavior and non-isothermal crystallization behavior were characterized respectively by oxthogonal polarized light microscope and differential scanning calorimetry.The results showed that cross extinction phenomenon of the synthesized TPEE sample spherulites gradually became blurred,the spherulite size decreased,and at last appeared a lot of small bright spot as PTMG content increased.The melt point of TPEE decreased,melt range became wider,nonisothermal crystallization peak temperature moved to lower direction,the crystallization exothermic peak became wider and the half crystallization time (t 1/2) longer with the increasing of PTMG content.Thus,it can be concluded that the crystallization behavior of pure PTT was affected by incorporated PTMG in TPEE,and the dimensions of TPEE spherulites became smaller and their crystallization became incomplete,which will be good for their elastic behavior; at the same time,the TPEE can be processed in the thermoplastic method,so the TPEE would have a good application prospect.
