摘 要:对废弃铝塑复合包装材料的铝塑分离方法进行了研究。结果表明,以丙酮和环己酮混合溶剂作为分离剂,当丙酮和环己酮体积比为8∶1,30℃下浸泡25 min或20℃下浸泡40 min,即可使铝膜和塑料完全分离。以丙酮为脱色剂,可以有效脱除分离过程中塑料上的染色。由硝酸铵配制不同密度的浮选液对分开的铝膜和塑料进行分离处理,当浮选液密度为1.50 g/cm3左右时,塑料上浮,铝膜下沉,可通过密度浮选实现铝膜和塑料的分拣。Aluminum separation methods of waste aluminum-plastic packaging materials were studied in this paper.The results indicated that with the mixture of acetone and cyclohexanone as uncoupling agent and their volume ratio of 8∶1,the aluminum and plastic could be uncoupled in 25 min soaking at 30 ℃,or in 40 min at 20 ℃.Then acetone was used as decolorizing agent to remove the color of plastic dyed during uncoupling process.At last,flotation method was used to separate aluminum and plastic with solution of ammonium nitrate as flotation agent.When the density of the flotation agent was about 1.50 g/cm3,the plastic floated,while aluminum sank,thus they could be separated by flotation method.
