摘 要:水溶性聚合物聚丙烯酸钾(K-PAM)是一种常用的钻井液处理剂,常常会对油气井固井水泥浆造成污染。考察了不同掺量的聚丙烯酸钾对水泥浆流动性能的影响。结果表明,随着掺量的逐渐加大,水泥浆流动性变差,瞬间失去流动性,对水泥浆造成污染。借助傅里叶红外光谱、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDAX)对聚丙烯酸钾和污染后的水泥浆体进行了微观结构分析,探寻了产生污染的本质原因。研究表明,水泥浆污染是聚丙烯酸钾与水泥水化析出的金属离子发生交联反应形成阳离子-聚合物空间网络结构以及聚丙烯酸钾与水泥水化产物形成互穿网络结构造成的。Water-soluble polymer polypropylene potassium (K-PAM) was an often used drilling fluid additive,which had a contamination on cement slurry.Effect of polypropylene potassium with different dosage on cement slurry fluidity was investigated.With the gradual increasing in dosage,the cement slurry fluidity became poor and cement slurry lost the liquidity immediately,which caused pollution of cement slurry and would endanger the safety of cementing operation.The K-PAM was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy group,microstrueture analysis on cement paste polluted was carried out by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum (EDAX).The pollution was the result of the factors as follows,the cross-linking reaction of generated metal ions of cement hydration and polypropylene potassium forms cationic-polymer network structure in space,polypropylene potassium and hydration products of cement to form interpenetrating network structure.
