心理护理对肛肠科围手术期患者康复情况的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对肛肠科围手术期患者康复情况影响。方法将350例肛肠疾病手术患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=175)采取术后常规护理方法,实验组(n=175)在对照组的基础上施加心理护理。观察比较患者术后康复情况。结果实验组术后SAS评分显著高于术前(t=13.167,P<0.05),对照组术前术后无差异(t=0.268,P>0.05),且术后实验组SAS评分显著高于对照组(t=15.013,P<0.05)。实验组患者切口愈合时间显著低于对照组(ZC=7.016,P<0.05)。实验组患者术后并发症发生率为9.17%显著低于对照组的15.23%(χ2=15.743,P<0.05);实验组患者有效率为89.95%显著高于对照组的71.24%(χ2=17.984,P<0.05)。结论对肛肠科围手术期患者采取心理护理,可以有效地缓解患者紧张的情绪,保证围手术期各项工作的顺利进展,促进肛肠科患者的康复。Objective To investigate the effects of psychological care for recovery from anorectal perioperative patients.Methods The 350 cases of anorectal disease surgery were randomly divided into two groups, a control group （n=175） taken after conventional methods of care, the experimental group （n=175） in the control group applied psychological care basis. Comparison observed postoperative recovery situation.Results SAS experimental group were signiifcantly higher than the preoperative score （t=13.167,P〈0.05）, before and after surgery control group, no signiifcant difference （t=0.268,P〉0.05）, and postoperative scores were signiifcantly experimental group SAS the control group （t=15.013,P〈0.05）. Wound healing time of patients in the experimental group was signiifcantly lower than the control group （ZC=7.016,P〈0.05）. Postoperative complications occurred in patients in the experimental group was signiifcantly lower than the 9.17% , 15.23% in the control group （χ2=15.743,P〈0.05）; experimental group were effective rate of 89.95% was signiifcantly higher than the 71.24% （χ2=17.984,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Anorectal perioperative patients to take psychological care, patients can effectively relieve the tension and ensure the smooth progress of the operation of conifning the work to promote the rehabilitation of patients with anorectal.
