摘　　要：知识服务产业已成为发达国家的支柱产业,我国知识服务产业发展已初具规模,知识服务产业联盟及各种类型的产业联盟先后涌现,推动着区域经济的快速发展。从概念、意义出发,探析知识服务产业联盟的宗旨、原则、目标、构建思路、科学设计联盟治理结构、构建服务平台、保障措施、创新机制,以期对知识服务产业联盟的建立与发展有所借鉴。knowledge services industry has become a pillar industry in developed countries, and the development of China＇s knowledge service industry has taken shape. Knowledge services industry alliances and various types of industry alliance have emerged to promote the rapid development of the regional economy. From concept, meaning, purpose of knowledge service industry alliance, the paper explores the principles, objectives, and build ideas, scientifically sets a alliance governance structure, builds a service platform, and proposes safeguard measures and innovative mechanisms, aiming at providing some reference for the establishment and development of knowledge services industry alliance.
