摘  要:目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症的发生发展与CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+Treg)及叉状头/翅膀状螺旋转录因子(Foxp3)的表达关系,为子宫内膜异位症的治疗提供新的靶点。方法:选取2012年10月-2013年9月该院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者65例为实验组,同期该院行腹腔镜手术的子宫肌瘤患者30例为对照组。应用流式细胞检测CD4+CD25+Treg及转录因子Foxp3在两组患者腹腔液中的表达。结果:实验组患者腹腔液中的CD4+CD25+Treg细胞和Foxp3占CD4’+T淋巴细胞的百分比均显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.001)。结论:CD4+CD25+Treg和转录因子Foxp3可共同促进子宫内膜异位症患者微环境中免疫耐受和免疫逃逸的发生发展。Objective: To explore the relationship between occurrence and development of endometriosis and expressions of CD4+ CD25 + regulatory T cells and fork head/winged helix transcription factor ( Foxp3 ), provide a new target for treatment of endometriosis. Methods: Sixty -five patients with endometriosis treated in the hospital from October 2012 to September 2013 were selected as experimental group, thirty patients with adenomyosis treated with laparoscopic surgery in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expressions of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells and Foxp3 in peritoneal fluids of the two groups. Results : The proportion of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells and the proportion of Foxp3 in CD4 + T lymphocytes in peritoneal fluid of experi- mental group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion : Both CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells and Foxp3 can promote the occurrence and development of immune tolerance and immune escape in microenvironment of patients with endometriosis.
