煤炭型城市建设低碳城市的环保应对措施探讨

摘　　要：通过论述我国大气气候变化的严峻形势入手,分析了低碳减排工作的必要性和可行性,提出了减少对大气碳排放是减缓气候变化的一项重要措施;采取推进工业节能减排减碳、发展低碳技术、加快淘汰落后产能、遏制高耗能产业无序扩张、转变生活方式、加强低碳技术与人才储备、健全碳管理法律法规、完善碳信息、传播低碳理念等方面进行低碳减排,以改善城市大气环境质量。This paper discusses rigorous situation of atmosphere weather variety in our country , analyses necessity and possibility of the low carbon and emission reducing and puts forward reducing carbon emission to the atmosphere is an important measure to decelerate weather variety of. It is important to reduce industry emission , develop low carbon technique, speed eliminating falling behind productivity, suppress high energy -consuruing industry, change life style, strengthen low carbon technique and talented person storage, strengthen carbon management laws, perfect carbon information to improve the air quality of the city atmosphere.
