摘 要:东北地区某城镇新建污水处理厂,近期规模5000m3/d,远期规模7000m3/d,最低环境温度-30oC,冬季平均水温8oC左右。污水处理厂二级生化处理采用CWSBR工艺,可简单的通过调整时序组合以及各个功能段的设备工况,实现在冬、夏两季工艺的良好运行。污泥深度处理方法采用容压一体化污泥深度脱水技术,投资省,运行成本低。该工程试运行后,出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级A标准。A newly constructed sewage treatment plant in a Northeast town was introduced, the recent treat- ment capacity is 5000 m3/d, long term 7000 m3/d, the lowest environment temperature is -30℃, and the average water temperature in winter is about 8℃. The secondary biochemical treatment process applies the CWSBR process, which can achieve well performance during winter or summer season by simply adjusting the combination of time sequencing and the devices conditioning of each function part. The sludge advanced treat- ment method applies the flocculation and pressure integration sludge advanced dewatering technology, and the investment and the operation costs of this technology are low. During the test operation of the project, the discharge achieves the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002) . The flow chart, design parameters and technical characteristics were introduced in detail.
