摘 要:本研究采用乳液共聚技术,制备出具有核壳有限相容结构的水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯(PUA)乳胶粒子。利用纳米二氧化硅粉体进行原位改性,同时配合新型气相消光技术,在有效降低传统二氧化硅消光粉体用量的情况下得到消光性能优良的水性PUA消光织物涂层剂。通过红外光谱、激光动态光散射、应力应变测试等表征手段研究了所制备的PUA乳液的稳定性和成膜物性能,应用研究结果表明,使用协同消光技术制备的织物涂层,其光泽、粘色牢度、手感、重涂光泽稳定性等主要指标性能优异。A PUA aqueous emulsion with partially compatible core-shell structure was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The matting performance of the aqueous PUA matted fabric coatings with reduced addition of silica as conventional matting agent was improved by nano SiO2 in-situ modification and introducing novel gaseous matting technology. The stabilization and film-forming properties of the PUA aqueous emulsion were analyzed by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and mechanics performance testing. The results showed that the matted fabric coatings prepared from the PUA aqueous emulsion had excellent performance in terms of gloss, color fastness, hand feeling and gloss stabilization during recoating process.
