摘　　要：长宁的家庭医生签约服务模式通过一系列特征性制度安排,为家庭医生提供了充分的激励机制,从而真正创造了有价值的服务,并赢得居民的信任。今后需要改进的问题是如何提升家庭医生的人力资源能力、激励动力以及服务价值。The signing service mode in Changning District, through a series of system arrangement, has provided sufficient incentive mechanism for the general physicians （GP）, who have brought about valuable services for the residents, and won the trust of the residents. In the future, it is needed to improve the ability, motivation and service value of GP.
