摘 要:针对全国煤矿安全生产形势依然严峻、重特大事故尚未得到有效遏制的状况,重点分析目前煤矿安全监察信息化现状。通过引入物联网的概念,提出利用物联网技术辅助煤矿安全监察机构加强对煤矿落实安全主体责任的监督,深入分析物联网在煤矿安全监察业务中的具体应用。提出基于物联网的网络化远程巡查技术方案,对人的行为、物的状态、环境状况、管理状况等信息进行网络化适时远程监察,从而提高煤矿监察工作效能,遏制煤矿事故的不断发生,促进煤炭工业安全稳定发展。Aiming at the condition that the national coal mine production safety situation remains serious, and serious accidents have not been effectively curbed, the article focused on the analysis of the current status of safety supervision informationization. By introducing the concept of the Internet of Things ( IOT), the article put forward the view that IOT can be used to help the coal mine safety supervi- sion authorities to strengthen monitoring on the implementation of safety main responsibility of coal mines, and analyzed specific applications of lOT in coal mine safety supervision deeply. It proposed networked remote inspection technology programs based on IOT, took networked timely supervision and treatment on human behavior, material status, environmental conditions, management status and other information, so as to enhance the effectiveness of coal mine supervision, to curb coal mine accidents continue to occur, and promoted the coal industry to develop safely and stably.
